Low-noise OCXO features -182 dBc /Hz @100 kHz offset

OXP8000 low-noise OCXORaltron Electronics Corporation announced the availability of a new ultra-low phase noise OCXO family featuring -182 dBc /Hz @100 kHz offset.

Raltron’s new ultra-low phase noise OCXO series OXP8000 is available in standard frequencies of 10 MHz and 100 MHz with power supply voltages of 5V or 12V. The OXP8000 series OCXO offers integrated phase noise performance of -178 dBc/Hz @100 kHz at 5V power supply , and – 182 dBc /Hz @ 100 kHz at 12V.

The OXP8000 series OCXO is available in a standard 36 mm x 27 mm package with a frequency stability of 300 ppb from -40 to +85 deg C and has a steady state current consumption of 120 mA under 12V, and 250 mA under 5V and a low aging of 100 ppb/year. Output types available are sinewave and HCMOS. Due to its superior noise performance, Raltron’s OXP8000 series OCXO is well suited for civilian and military ground mobile, airborne, and shipboard applications.
